These terms apply to your use of the Kadic website at kadic.co.uk. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
They are separate from any agreement for project work. Work for clients is covered by a separate written project agreement.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, interfering with how it works, or copying content from it with automated tools without our written permission.
We aim to keep the website available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
The content of this website, including its text, design, layout, graphics, logo, code and project presentations, belongs to Kadic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and print or share extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or reuse any part of it commercially without our written permission. The Kadic name and logo may not be used without our permission.
The projects shown on this website, including Northshore Property, Vela Performance and Calder & Co., are concept projects created by Kadic to demonstrate our approach. They are not client work, and the businesses they portray are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
Any third-party materials shown in concept projects remain the property of their owners. Concept projects are examples only and do not promise any particular result for your own project.
The information on this website, including service descriptions, project ranges and typical timelines, is general and for guidance only. Prices, scope and timelines for your project are only confirmed in a written proposal or project agreement.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or current.
Sending an enquiry through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to work together. A contract exists only once a written project agreement has been agreed.
We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day. We handle the information you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
The website may link to other websites and services. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and because the website is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business or data.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy. You can review, change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the floating privacy icon on our website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect your mandatory consumer rights. You keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the United Kingdom where you live (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland), and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom.
