A quieter approach to property.
Northshore was created as an exploration of a more considered property experience. The direction combines editorial typography, architectural imagery and generous spacing to position the fictional brand away from conventional estate agency design.

The visual system uses restrained typography, warm neutral tones and large architectural imagery to create a sense of confidence without excess. The objective was to make the experience feel closer to an editorial publication than a typical property website.
